Return Policy

Returns:

Unused and unopened products can be returned within 15 calendar days for a refund.

Eligibility Criteria for a Return:

  • Product(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Product(s) must be in original packaging.
  • Receipt and/or proof of purchase must be enclosed with the returned product(s).

Please note that there will be a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee for the returned item(s).

Shipping:

  • You are required to cover the shipping costs for the returned item(s).
  • Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
  • If you received a refund, shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 If the return is a result of an incorrect or damaged product on our end, or if it’s lost by the postal service, we will issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. You must notify us of any defect or damage to an order within three days of the date of delivery. Call us at 1-XXX-XXX-XXXX during the hours of 9am to 5pm PST or email us at info@eviahoney.com with the email subject “Request for Refund”. Please include the following information with your request: 

  • Order Number
  • Item(s) being returned (or just indicate the entire order)
  • Reason for return
